If there are any issues with your order or its delivery, please notify lifestyle@beautybarcm.com within 48 hours of receipt by phone or e-mail.
 
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes. This includes combining orders, adjustments to your order or shipping details.
 
CANCELLING ORDERS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact lifestyle@beautybarcm.com immediately. We will do our best to stop the order before it is prepared. Once an order is processed, we are unable to cancel it.
 
RETURNS + REPLACEMENT

Due to the energetic and consumable nature of our company, all purchases are final sale. We take your purchases seriously and appreciate your understanding that each product has been individually created and packed with care. We highly encourage you to ask our team questions about the products before you purchase to ensure best fit. 



Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
